If you have some ideas about your design, logo, quantity, fabric, let us know. Our experienced staff can provide useful advice and suggestions to transfer your idea to mass production. You could send the Tech Pack and the artwork to us so our Pattern Engineers and R&D department will make the sample accordingly. We will recommend related fabrics, color Scheme, Trims Engineering & sizes. We can also help you build up Tech packs if needed.

Sometimes we need to start from yarn spinning or fabric knitting if fabric is not available, this is a full package service and fabric sampling is prepayed but will be deducted from order amount later.

Seamless MOQ ≥ 500 pcs

Seamless is not like cut&trim, its directly knitted from yarn in Santoni machines. WE will help develop the program based on the techpacks into the machines and do the sampling until you are satisfied. MOQ is 500 pcs per style per color per size.

Custom process

1 - Initial Chat
discuss potential project details to understand each other and market orientation/ styles/qty/distribution channels...
2 - Design & Techpack
Either you can send us your design techpack or we help you develop the silhuettes & colors you want, providing sizing breakdown.
3 - Fabric selection or development
Based on clients' need, we will provide professional fabric recommendation based on our 30 years exeprience. Meanwhile, we can also help you develop a new fabric.
4- 1st quotation
Based on the style and fabrics, we will give our 1st quotation to help client build their budget
5 - Prototype Sampling
Then we start initial sampling to prove fittings. If sample is not made of the final color, we will send fabric lab dips to confirm. This might comes 2 - 3 times until clients feel perfect to move on mass production.
6 - Client's proofing
After receiving prototype sample, client will do fitting and internal discussion on size or pattern adjustments until they are ok with the prototype to proceed order.
7 - Placing an order
Start your trial order by filling up qty, we will send you proforma invoice or Alibaba.com trade assurance online order. Packaging and labels can be finalised later but PI is urgent in order to catch up delivery.
8 - Advance payment
30% of total order amount is the advance payment to start fabric making or product finishing.
9 - Packaging & Label
We will proyide ACC archive for you to choose, there is plenty of time to decide and compare. We have lots of sustainable materials to go with your brand DNA.
10 - Mass production
We will provide a detailed production schedule and let you see full transparency of the production status.
11 - Quality Inspection
We will proceed in-house QC or 3rd party QC if client instructs,making sure goods passes quality standard and then ok to leave the factory.
12 - Packing & Shipping
After packing list is confirmed, we will arrange shipping via our forwarder or client's forwarder , EXW , FOB ，CIF , DAP terms are all acceptable.
