Our gymwear offers a wide selection of fabrics. We tailor 3-5 suitable fabrics to your needs, considering training intensity, venue environment, and muscle group requirements. Once the style and series are finalized, we proceed with sampling and ordering. Fabric functions include quick-drying and moisture-wicking, excellent breathability, muscle compression and support, antibacterial and deodorizing properties, abrasion resistance, low friction, and UV protection, ensuring comfort even during extended training sessions. Common materials include blends of nylon, polyester, recycled polyester, and spandex, as well as Tencel and Modal, achieving a soft touch and excellent elasticity. Processes such as napping and laser-cut edges enhance skin-friendly comfort and durability. We are also among the first to introduce branded fibers such as Lenzing, Nilit, DuPont, and Suedwolle, with corresponding hangtags to enhance brand trust and style recognition. For fabric construction, you can choose from knitted jersey, interlock, rib, or plain weave, mesh, and double-sided knits to meet different needs for fit and warmth.
Weight grading recommendations: 130-150 gsm is ultra-thin and lightweight; 150-180 gsm is suitable for indoor and outdoor running base layers.

Two pattern makers and two sewing workers. Equipment includes a computer, pattern-making machine, four-needle six-thread sewing machine, three-needle five-thread sewing machine, overlock sewing machine, knotting machine, and ironing equipment.
After the customer confirms the fabric, style, color, and size, we will create a complete sampling request form for you and begin the first round of prototyping. Once you receive the prototype, we will provide immediate feedback on your improvements to initiate the second round of prototyping.
After you confirm the prototype, we will collect a deposit and begin production on your order. Before bulk production, we will also provide you with a pre-production sample, usually made based on all your variations. Each round of sampling finishing takes 7 days. If you need photography, you can use the pre-production sample for shooting, or have a custom-made photography sample made.
A crucial step is color sampling! We will provide you with complete lab dips, which must be done on the ordered fabric to avoid color differences. We will also conduct colorfastness tests immediately to prevent your garments from fading after washing. All lab dips will be sealed and kept on file, one copy for the customer and one copy for us.
1) Fast: Rapid prototyping completed within 7 days! This does not include time for logo and printed packaging bags.
2) Flexible pattern room: We can flexibly utilize special equipment on the production line, avoiding time spent on machine adjustments.
3) Able to produce sales samples: Some brands require sales samples for downstream order fairs. Our pattern room can handle the production of up to 200 sales samples.
4) Control: For each sampling stage, we keep one copy for ourselves and give one copy to the customer, recording the sample size before sealing it. The copy will include the date and any suggested improvements. This ensures you have sufficient reference samples for future communication.

Spinning, weaving, dyeing, loosening, inspecting, cutting, sewing, label printing, ironing, folding and packaging, accessory management, needle inspection, quality inspection, boxing, and shipping. (For seamless and custom sock processes, please refer to the corresponding category). Regarding inspection: We arrange in-production and post-production inspections based on order size. In-production inspections typically check the fabric’s quality; we conduct internal physicochemical tests, including but not limited to: color fastness, abrasion resistance, and antibacterial properties. Post-production inspections use AQL sampling standards. You can choose third-party on-site inspection and obtain relevant reports. If your budget is limited, you can also refer to our internal inspection reports or conduct video inspections.

Absolutely! We can do heat transfer printing, embroidery, and various types of logos. We can also make various packaging, such as boxes, PP bags with color card inserts, or any custom design.
If you want to customize the product, it usually takes 15-20 days if the fabric is ready (quantity less than 10,000 pieces). If you need custom fabric, it usually takes an additional 3 days. This will also be affected by the season you place the order; we will try our best to prioritize your order.
We accept wire transfer (T/T), PayPal, and credit card payments. A 30% deposit is required in advance, and the remaining 70% is due before shipment.
