Customization process

The production of seamless garments is a sophisticated and integrated process that begins at the Yarn mill, where raw fibers are spun into high-quality thread. This yarn is then fed into advanced Knitting machines, which create a continuous, circular tube of fabric without any side seams. To shape specific areas like cups, a Bra molding machine is often used to imprints a three-dimensional form directly into the knitted fabric. The garment then undergoes a critical stabilization phase, typically in a Heat setting machine, which applies controlled heat to relax the fibers, set the shape, and ensure dimensional stability. For enhanced finishing and dye fixation, a Far infrared setting machine may be employed, using penetrating radiation for efficient and uniform heat treatment. Once the fabric is set, an Auto cutting machine precisely cuts individual garment pieces or trims excess material based on digital patterns. The final assembly, such as attaching labels or sewing elastic bands, is completed at the Sewing stations. Finally, to guarantee the highest safety standard, each garment passes through a Needle detector, ensuring no broken sewing needles or metal fragments remain in the final product before it is packaged.
